Thanks for this article, Robert - very interesting. I'm slowly finding the value in Twitter and seeing it as a business tool as well as a purely social thing. I am sure that it will continue to become more and more important, particularly for startups and smaller organisations.

Twitter has been the heart and soul of my recently-expanded social networking efforts. I have found incredible contacts through twitter who have inspired me, motivated me and shaped the law firm enterprise I have begun. And the most remarkable thing I have found is everyone's willingness to share information and help with projects. It is a truly collaborative community of professionals, and I look forward to my first opportunity next week to meet some of the people I have been networking with in person!
