- I am an attorney that practices law “virtually” in Florida through Anywhere Legal – The Virtual Law Firm (http://www.anywherelegal.com). My primary practice areas are in Probate, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Real Estate, Business Organizations, and Guardianship Law. Through my virtual law firm I handle legal matters throughout the State of Florida on an extremely cost effective basis for my clients. My virtual law firm is a law firm that exists online and is conveniently accessible by my clients anywhere that my clients have internet access.
I have been a licensed member of The Florida Bar for almost 30 years and I am a proud recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell AV® rating. In addition to being a Florida licensed attorney, I am also a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a trained mediator, a trained arbitrator and a Personal Financial Specialist (CPA/PFS). My multi-disciplined background enables me to see legal issues from many perspectives. I have the ability to quickly get to the root of a problem and find solutions that work. I have also lectured at various tax, estate planning and asset protection continuing education seminars.

While in law school, I was a member of the Law Review and also received honors in the Advanced Appellate Advocacy Program.
