- Attorney David Harris is a graduate of American University (B.A. 1991). During his undergraduate years, David served as an Intern in the United States Senate and thereafter as a Research Assistant in the United Kingdom’s House of Commons. After graduating, but before law school, David was Field Director for the successful congressional campaign of James Greenwood, defeating a 14 year incumbent.
David received his law degree from American University, Washington College of Law (J.D. 1995). In law school, David was Co-Chair of the National Moot Court Team and Lead Oral Advocate in the National Moot Court Competition.
David has practiced in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida before State and Federal courts. He has been continuous law practice since 1995.
As an injury lawyer and trial attorney, David Harris has had significant advocacy experience in both the public sector as an Assistant Public Defender and in private practice representing consumers. He has tried cases to juries and arbitrators. He currently handles civil litigation and trial matters on behalf of consumers, with an emphasis on personal injury and wrongful death. He handles cases throughout Florida and beyond, always striving to the honor the tradition of the “Philadelphia Lawyer.”
