- I am the General Counsel of the New York City Department of Small Business Services. I lead a legal department of 6 lawyers, plus administrative support staff and interns. My agency oversees all of the City's business and workforce development efforts. Prior to this position, I worked as a lawyer and lobbyist for the video game industry. I also spent six years as an associate at Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler.
