- My practice focuses on business, fraud, and financial litigation; insurance coverage and construction litigation; and commercial and securities arbitration.
I frequently counsel individuals and corporations in commercial litigation involving a variety of claims, such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. As part of my practice, I have experience in multi-jurisdictional litigation involving international litigants and cross-border issues.
In my practice, I have represented both publicly and privately held companies before state and federal courts. I have also represented corporate and individual clients before the American Arbitration Association, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Services (JAMS).
