I also work with startups to assist them in entity selection, taxation and getting their books organized.

An educator since the late 1980's, I teach entrepreneurial subjects (business planning, small business recordkeeping, quickbooks, small business taxes, and understanding financial statements) at NJ community colleges and the NJ Small Business Development Centers. A columnist and writer, I have written write a regular column on small business topics at cbji.com and diversityplus.com.
