Ms. Lehtinen and the firm routinely represent a diverse client list in litigation matters involving breach of contract disputes, construction and land development, commercial leases, and debt collection. Further, Ms. Lehtinen provides businesses legal guidance on formation and maintenance of business entity ventures, business and ownership transition planning, as well as strategic planning with the goal of avoiding future controversies, litigation and other legal challenges. Lovaas and Lehtinen, P.C. have extensive experience in representing international, regional, and local clients ranging from night clubs and entertainment venues, corporations, business owners, banks, construction companies, land developers, and individuals from every walk of life.
