I specialize in estate, gift and income tax planning, asset protection and business succession planning and life insurance structuring. As in-house counsel, I advise our clients on various income, estate and gift tax strategies, as well as the implementation of lifetime and testamentary planning techniques through the use of wills, trusts, partnerships and LLCs, private foundations and charitable trusts. Although we are a full service financial planning firm, we do not practice law or perform compliance work. As such, we partner with attorneys and accountants who can deliver superior services to our clients.
