- I am a commercial real estate and finance lawyer with a national and international practice. Working on projects in the Philadelphia region are as much fun as projects internationally. My practice includes the representation of companies for whom real estate either is or is not their core business, lenders (banks and life companies), developers, tenants, landlords and real estate investment trusts.
