After 25 years of practice with such firms as Philadelphia's Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz; Los Angeles' Buchalter, Nemer and San Francisco's Hancock Rothert (now Duane Morris) I transformed my complex commercial litigation practice into a complex commercial ADR practice, mediating for ADR Services in Century City and the American Arbitration Association in downtown Los Angeles.
